Day one of 1000 calories was not difficult. What is becoming my Nemesis is the 100 0z of water. It is still a work in progress.
I do have an appointment with my regular Dr on Thursday. The discussion is going to be about my amino acids, an Omega 3 supplement as well as how if at is my body actually absorbing nutrients.
The next step is to include more activity. However I am still not feeling energic. So will try to do more walking, bike riding-when weather permits.
