I have found two types of machines that I like to exercise with. Both use water as weight resistant. A rowing machine and some type of machine that works the arms.
I am sadly up to only 2 minutes on the rowing machine and 2 minutes with the arm. However on the arm, I can use forward or backwards motion. I feel as if I am using a swim stroke type of motion. I am still trying to work on my sugar addition. I have found at publix their brand of yogurt in some creative flavors- fat free. Today I tried coconut cream pie, and I have tried the carrot cake one. All so far are very creamy and ymm...
I also work on my legs, thighs to be exact- inner and outer. reps of 10 each. And a stomach work out, 10 reps. Getting there slowly.
Still working on food. I have a couple of recipes I want to work on before publishing them.

You are doing so great. Don't worry about what you can't do. I told my doctor I was so embarrassed because I spent 3 days in bed after swimming three laps. She said, are you kidding? I couldn't do 3 laps without hurting, and she is young and in good shape, so take it easy on yourself, add a little on at a time.
ReplyDeleteI haven't been walking the dog like I was, the heat is just too bad, but when I was I added on a house a day. If I push myself I always end up with having to take a step back.
